Every piece is handcrafted to order in our Athens workshop, so please allow 3–5 business days to prepare your order before it ships. Personalised pieces (engraving, monogramming) are made within this same window.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Greece, the European Union and the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, a number of South American countries, and Australia, Cyprus, New Zealand and Turkey. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange delivery.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days after dispatch, and DHL Express within 2–4 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. These are estimates, not guarantees — we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs once a parcel has left our workshop.
Every order is shipped with tracking, and you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it’s dispatched.
Customs & import duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, Babuco Athens covers any applicable import duties and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid) — the price you pay at checkout is the final price, with nothing further due on delivery.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time of the estimate above, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, and we’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and re-shipping to a corrected address after a failed delivery may incur an additional shipping charge.
