Misleading Description & No Free Returns
The cross is not 35mm tall as listed—it’s 30mm plus 5mm for the link. Sellers never count the link, so this was misleading. It’s small, definitely not a “large” cross. Medium size perhaps. Check my pictures.
Then the seller refused a normal return, asking me to send it to a random guy and address in Chicago or pay customs fees to Greece. What happens if he claims he never got it? Or says it was damaged? Or claims he refunded me when he didn’t?
Worse, he tried to resolve this outside Etsy, asking for my PayPal and personal email, which violates Etsy policy and removes buyer protection.
Then the seller emailed me:
“…whenever you can provide a constructive review, so that I will have something to gain from this transaction.”
